Appointments and Scheduling
- Service appointments must be scheduled in advance

Pricing and Payment

- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made

Service Guarantees
- We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year from service completion
- Parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear
- Emergency repairs may have limited warranty coverage
Customer Responsibilities

- Secure pets and ensure safety of household members
- Provide accurate information about service needs
- Pay for services according to agreed terms
- Report warranty issues promptly
Limitation of Liability
Fix Experts’ liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damage to personal property not directly related to our work
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control
- Issues arising from customer-provided materials or instructions
Property Access and Security
- Customers are responsible for providing secure access to property
- We are not responsible for security after service completion
- Any keys or access codes provided will be handled confidentially
- Emergency lockout services require proof of ownership or occupancy
Cancellation and Refunds
- Service appointments can be cancelled with 24-hour notice
- Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur charges
- Refunds for completed services are at our discretion
- Materials ordered specifically for your project may not be refundable
Privacy and Confidentiality
- We respect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality
- Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
- We may use non-identifying information for business improvement
- Customer testimonials may be used with permission
Insurance and Licensing
Fix Experts maintains appropriate business licenses and liability insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
